Will This computer run Diablo 3 medium-high specs?

Was looking for a new computer to run diablo 3 and a few other games on and i ran into this machine.

Now it looks to me like it rises above the required specs but id like to know for sure from someone who actually knows computers good.

You should be good man, i have seen some of my friends run the game on worse computer's.

 

Cool thanks fellas for the quick reply. I'm using a laptop with 64 mb dedicated memory "LOL" yeah bad i know but im going to get the computer listed and then give my gf this laptop haha.
