Why dont people charge for moded gamesaves

    Idk but i think its weird that people dont charge charge for moded gamesaves because they have to still pay for there membership on there moding tool someone tell me why people give moded gamesaves for free

    Modding a save is fun and sometimes a challenge, in my opinion I'd never charge for anything like that it's all about shearing with the community. If people want to buy premium mod tools that's fine but we have a lot of members that will help out for free or have already uploaded starter saves for the community.

    People wouldnt charge for something what requires like 1 modification (lets say money), because its so easy to do, but if the savegame is really hard to edit (has checksum or whatever) and it takes ALOT of time, then im pretty sure the modder would charge for it.

    As many other people said, modding is fun, nowadays i get a game to mod it not to play it :p

    And asking money for a mod isn't cool, eventually you will get reversed and a free one will pop up.

    Ive seen some cheeky sod selling trainers on a disk on ebay it would be fair who ever made them but I think someone just collected them to sell
