Support Why do I keep getting so MANY notifications!

I keep on getting notified when people post topics, reply to them, etc. And there not even MY topics! How do I stop it or turn it off or something!

 

Just change your settings, this has been stated numerous times.

 

Go to your user cp and turn notifications off.

Moved to forum support.

 

Click your name in the top right side of the web page and select "content i follow" from there you can sort out your notifications

 

Never mind found it,

 

Yeah, had to change my settings. I was getting 11 emails a day about topics I hadn't posted in or even cared to read.
