I mean i have good modded gear like the russian fast sword but i was wondering if there is anything better. I see topics that say they have gear that can run greater rift 100 without dying. Some characters have skills that keep you alive, like the monk and which doctor for example. If your cooldown and resource reduction are high enough then you can run the skill continually and you will never die. The new update also gave us the legendary gem of the Molten Wildebeast. When modded this gem will make any character invincible. Look for it on other players and see if they will help you out. You can tell if they have one because they will have a thin white/blue bubble around their character at all times. The stone itself is a green square that will be socketed into rings or amulet.
There's a modded hellfire amulet that gives you over 2 billion life & it regenerates every second, so basically it's impossible to die. & the hellfire ring that gives you a 300 % better chance of finding a legendary.
I would like to know what kind of nodded items are powerful aswell I've only ever seen people rape things lol Idk an thing about this stuff
The hellfire ammy likely has the modded molten wildebeast gem socketed in it. It is the gem ... Not the ring.

these are all modded items u can make urself with a little practice or if someone is willing to give u,also some ppl charge for these things like myself js....
