Well my third and final year in Uni started and there moving us onto Java ME. Which means they want us to get familar with android etc. Me being a iphone fanboy was upsetting but what can i do. Anyways im looking for a cheap android phone to test with and try all my project apps with Eclipse. Cheers
cheers liam, I was seriously pissed but i asked if it would lead into iphone devolpment,and supposdly there both pretty much the same programming but diffrent formats
a good phone to start of with is the htc evo 3d or the htc evo v 4g....they are the same phones just the first is on sprints network and the other is on virgin mobile...both have either pre installed or upgradeable to android 4.0 ics.they have a pretty fast processer a dual core 1.2ghz and a 4.3 inch display.you can find both for around $300 online.and if i was u i would stick with htc phones because they are very easy to root.so they are a very good choice for a begginer android user...if you have any questions just pm me...i have alot of experience with android and have had an android since the first one came out lol
