This is CaspahZ tutorial on how to create the ULTIMATE lightning staff on Black Ops 2 Origins.
So the first thing you are going to want to do is craft the staff and then got Argarthas chamber by going to the Crazy place. Ok , so now you can see some triangles on the wall, these are actually a Piano. There are 3 sets of notes behind the triangles. You want to start from the left one! Google and image of "Piano Notes" and it shall pop up with the lines, and corresponding notes. Simply match those to the ones in game. Also, you will know you did it correctly when the lightning bolts disappear from the piano and you here Samantha quote something.

Now thats done ( not too confusing eh ) you need to find 5 power panels, turn the dial on each one of these until they stop sparking.

When you do the power panels correctly you will hear Samantha talking and giving you more information...

Once you have done all the power panels head back to the temple below the pack a punch machine and turn all the levers until all of them match purple. Then a purple orb will appear, shoot it and it will shoot into the sky,.

Now got back to Argathas lair via the portal , now place your staff into the pillar that is a bright purple. Now you have to accumulate a bunch of kills. When you have enough kills your staff will glow a bright purple ( thats not an intended pun btw ). All the Templar knights souls will be drawn into the Staff, when that happens congrats, you just made the the Kimats Eye!
