Vanquish, the upcoming shooter directed by Shinji Mikami (creator of Resident Evil and director of God Hand), developed for Platinum Games (makers of MadWorld and Bayonetta), and published by SEGA, will be released in North America on October 19th. Those who pre-order the game at a GameStop will get exclusive access to a "Tri-Weapon Pack," consisting of a Boost Machine Gun, Anti-Armor Pistol, and a Laser Cannon. In case you're wondering what they do, one shoots really fast, one shoots really hard (through bad guys' faces into other bad guys' nuts), and one is actually a "miniaturized space warship laser and is more powerful than any other weapon available for infantry."
