Resolved Unhandled Exception

I keep getting an unhandled exception message every time I open up the program. if i continue then a never loading download bar appears. I have gone to every forum and nothing is working, and this is pushing me over the edge. PLEASE help! here is the details:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I also want to point out the download bar says Icon 1 on it, and I believe the issue is the Updater program. I downloaded TeamViewer just in case it was necessary.
