Resolved Unhandled exception while opening 360R.

I've been having this error for about half an hour already.
Can anybody solve this?

Try updating your .NET Framework.

 

By downloading a .net framework? If so, please send me the link.

I don't know if .net framework is downloadable.

It is. Windows updater should update it or you can get it here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19 Not sure if that's latest though.
