http://www.youtube.c... Tutorial: 1. Get VR-11 2. Stand up top, next to power room (above the flinger) 3. Piss him off with your second gun 4. Calm him down with the VR-11 5. Piss him off with the VR-11 6. When he's yelling/yielding calm him down with the VR-11 7. Quickly drop off the edge onto the flinger.
