Sorry MAX XP should be working fine. i just got home and i will work on a ALL TU version an will update it tonight

Updated to ALL TU Version

Fixed Upgrades code to max out on Spend or Gain, On Spend in menu buy a upgrade and exit menu and go back in and you will have MAX
Fixed Suit XP, Just wear what ever Costume and earn XP and it will MAX Suit XP. Change to another Costume and repeat
