Tomb Raider 2013 glitch. i need help from a jtag modder. video and game save link!

hi there! i need help with this glitch, its stopped me from playing my game save. heres the video, please take a look!

the only way i found off the ship was by glitching off the ship and dead after that.

I got a new save on 67% just after the ship. The save I used is from another site tho pm if ya want it!

The guy made it just because of this glitch. I'm on my way to make this save 100%!!
