Make sure you have already got the achievement for completing one. Probably not unless I start again I dont know what its for but guessing you need to talk to everybody throughout the game.if i do a 2nd playthrough I shall try but where I am at now I think I have missed the oppotunity
BALLS!!! Just did a 5 hour run to do the Chatterbox Achievement and just copied over the wrong save hence losing it. Don't feel like starting over again.
