Thought of an Idea...

Me and Essential have thought that it would be a good idea if there was a "staff of the month badge"

this would show which staff is putting hard work into the site and is helping new members work their way around the website.

 

No-one sees what Admin do in the back ground but it might be something for mods I suppose.

Also, it gives us members something to vote for too, say an Admin helps us out as much as they can, its nice for us to give them something in return

Have a little competition between staff, obviously not giving money out, maybe a seperate ranking system?

Like if you get voted for over lets say, 25 times, they get a new rank called Super Staff or Fan Favourite, or something like that?

 

Really good idea,but would be really really hard to choose as all the staff do an amazing job!
