subtitles in games

    hey, its possible to extract subtitles from games somehow?
    i wondering if i can do that, and change it to my language

    I'm not an expert on iso stuff, but in Brazil here I have a Skyrim game that's modded in Portuguese language for subtitles, I don't know if they did what you're trying to do :p

    i mean. i want to take for example english subtitles in Far Cry 4, and edit it.
    change the subtitles from the game, by me, its possible to to that? i have RGH if it help
