Sony have published the Playstation 4 users guide ahead of the launch date. The Manual is very easy to use and well laid out going through everything from setting up the console to using broadcasting gameplay. Here's the full menu: Basic : Covers everything from setting up your PS4 for the first time and getting familiar with the fundamentals of the Playstation. Settings: Find out everything about the system settings, everything from notifications to parental controls. Games: Find out how to load games , send invitations , copy save data and more. Share: All the information about sharing video clips, gameplay, and broadcasting. Friends: See how to add friends, and view their profiles as well as your own. Messages: Learn how to send and view messages as well as attaching files to your messages. Party: This menu explains how to setup and invite people to a party. Video/TV: Everything from using TV and video services, to playing video from disc. Music: This maybe a little controversial given that PS4 doesn't play MP4 at the moment , but this menu will show you how to use Music Unlimited. Browser: This menu shows you how to manage the browser and functions. As you can see , this is a lot more comprehensive than the Xbox One menu which is a single page documentation.
