    i just create this account i am new at the forum i download the program and it says that i am banned any way that this can be fix

    well seeing as you are on the forum creating posts its obvious you are not actually banned, make sure to sign in with the exact details you used to sign into this account.. unless ofcourse you are dodging a previous ban, which i will look into now.
