    I'm simply looking for a save that gives me '0 Shout Recovery Time', so I can just shout shout shout shout shout.

    Thanks in advance.

    Edit: Sorry, probably should have said that preferably it would be Level 1 and/or prior to character creation.

    should be easy enough to make for someone with skyrim on pc they just gotta start with a old version and edit some numerals in the console and then migrate save to the xbox 360 container

    easy way is dto download skyrim for the pc
