Skyrim save request

Can someone please make me a starter save for skyrim....i would like unlimited health,magic,stamina, carry weight. 300,000 gold 1000 lockpicks and a lot of perk upgrade points so i can upgrade as i level up and if possible zero shout cool down time.

here you go iv maxed skill tree so if you wish to reset the skill tree then select legendary option so you can have them as points however your skill will go back to default, everything else is there:

i having a problem every time i try to load the save my xbox freezes, please let me know if u have a solution..
