    I know its possible to mod the amount of NPC and their spawn rate I have seen it on youtube. My question is are there any modders on this site that know how to do this??

    there are plenty of members here who know how to mod skyrim all you gotta do is post your request with what you want modded and im sure someone will get it done ;)
