If at all possible I would like a Pre CC Save that has all shouts (including dlc except story unless it is easier No Developer Shouts PLease) + enough Dragon Souls and shout cooldown 0 and modded carry weight (just like 5000) I would really appreciate it Thanks ooh also would like the firebolt storm spell but that's is not important
