If its not too much trouble, could you guys mod my Pre CC like this? - All shouts unlocked with 50% faster cooldown rate including DG and DB shouts - 20 dragon souls - Health, Magicka and Stamina all with faster regen rate (if not possible, just add 100 to each) - 100 skill level and all perks selected for Smithing and Enchanting skill tree (grinding these two is a pain!) Well I guess that's it!, basically i just want to be able start another playthrough and feel like a true badass Dovahkiin but not so OP as to take all challenge away. (edited, I added the required console commands)
