Does anyone have a modding tool for Skyrim on xbox where you can change the amount of perk points you have. Or a tutorial on how to?
I am sorry, but there is no tool to do this. Only way to properly modify your perks etc is to copy the save game file on your PC and modify it in the PC version of Skyrim, or request in the forums for modding it.
SAIO does it and Horizon devs failed and made an update a while ago with their Skyrim tool free to use and available, I tested it modded everything and worked >.> well not on all saves but it did work, looks like it was still in development though. Edit: Skyrim is just compressed so just gotta code off save file structure and decompress each and every block in order and compress them all again once done.
