SEGA have announced today that a four pack of the Dreamcast’s most beloved games will be arriving on Xbox 360 next month. Sonic Adventure, Crazy Taxi, SEGA Bass Fishing and Space Channel 5: Part 2 make up the quartet, presumably with the Xbox Live Arcade versions of Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi included and similarly souped-up remakes of the other two. The package has definetely piqued our interest, as despite the fact that the first two titles in the list have received fairly poor review scores since their HD re-hashes have been released we’re hoping that all four games a whole will prove to be a more enticing purchase than any one of them on their own. Gary Knight, VP of Marketing at SEGA of America and SEGA Europe had this to say “The Dreamcast console is still remembered as a pioneering console for online gaming. We are delighted to be able to offer to our large community of dedicated fans a collection such as Dreamcast Collection for them to enjoy old favourites on this generation of consoles.” No pricing details have been given as yet, but expect the SEGA Dreamcast Collection on the 22nd and 25th of February in North America and Europe respectively.
