saints iv no boats and other stuff help

    Right can anybody tell me why sr4 has red squared no go zone water and no boats?? Also the manapult does not fire what the hell?

    If this is it then I'll go back to sr3

    Not quite im using a save off here? But I still don't see any boats.. And im stuck in the matrix mode with the glitching that's annoying

    I think that's the point of the game, its a parody of the matrix, and why would you need boats? You have epic superpowers, You don't need any vehicles at all.

    You cant go back to earth after the first couple of missions it gets destroyed
