    Anybody playing this on Xbox LIVE yet? 9 days early should be safe I would say, maybe if it was a month ahead then I wouldn't but give input on what you think.​

    It is never safe to play a game before release date but thats a risk you take. Play It Early Or Play It On Release Date ;)

    i know of 2 people got banned who played Max Payne 3 9 days Early.

    I'm with Evo there is always a chance something may happen if you play early. I wouldn't do it, maybe you can playoffline.

    I don't mind it at all since I do not play with anyone on live anyway. I just hope on my BO once in while, when I feel like shoot people or people kill me, either way it's fun.

    Is it possible to mod the gpd to enable the passport feature for offline contract play (on a jtag)? Somewhat new to the idea of modding gpd's and my searches for a decent tut or anything on it have turned up threads with misleading or downright incorrect info. Any help or input would be appreciatted. Thank you.
