hi all can anyone give me an insight on how to return it as im getting no clear answers from support they say i have to send via ups which i have registered with them but hey want all diffrent kinds of info as in the weight of the console etc etc also im unclear as to where it got to be shipped too..could it be this adress as it staes for uk also . if you register the console on xbox .com it will tell you all you need to know on there mate,like shipping address etc, i highly doubt its to the czech republic lol

Are you returning for a refund or for repair? If it's a repair then request a repair on the xbox website and register it. I've never known xbox to charge for shipping, they usually arrange all that themselves and you choose a date and time for it to be collected from your door, you just box it up and put some tape on it. Plus it's even still in warranty, you shouldn't have to pay for anything. Don't know if that's any help now but thought I'd mention it just incase.
Yh you get a label to print off and it'll get collected from your door. You don't need to pay for anything. Not sure where you was told what you have been but go on the official xbox site, register it and request a repair/service. I'm in UK and I think it's either DHL or USP that collects them, can't remember now but you just arrange a time convenient for you for it to be collected. Nice and easy and no paying.
A friend of mine sent his back as was grinding inside, and after registering the console on xbox.com where you sign in and you see your gamertag at the top, request a repair and you'll see all xbox one's purchased day one and upto now are under warrenty untill March 2015, click on account and manage devices after you have registered it and you'll see this I've just gone onto my xbox.com to get pictures for you to see Then click on the request service and you'll then choose the issue As your xbox one is under warranty all repairs are free and so is the postage and they go to the Czech Republic But my point is it is 100% free repair and 100% free postage once you request the repair you have choices like print of a free postage label or you get a code and DHL or UPS come collect it and scan the barcode you print of or enter the code you get and you get a recipt Hope this fixes but as I said 100% free postage and repair 100% This may help also http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-360/repair/repair-process
yeah i had all that mate but no attatchment to print the delivery labels there ringing me back tommorow . i find it hard to belive that it has to go to the chech republic and this is verified by the support guy i spoke to today the phat consoles went somewhere in germany also ,
