    i would be sure you have the net frameworks and such up to date.

    remove it from your pc , install / download and setup a fresh new copy and try.

    also i would make sure you are using the correct login information. You can also try "Run as Administrator"

    Happens to me every time I get an update, what I do I just restart my pc then try again and it works.
