Resolved [RESOLVED] 1.68 update Unable to Open Tools

    Just updated to 1.68 and now I am unable to scroll or select anything, links at bottom work but none of the tools are selectable. After the upgrade I launch and the 1.68 upgrade window still pops up even though I'm on 1.68.

    Windows 7 32 bit, all 3 files in the same launch directory

    Seems there might be an issue with the updater.
    Thanks for bringing this to our attention and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

    Same problem as the above poster. Had 1.67, updated to 1.68 but it keeps wanting to reupdate. Scroll bars, mod programs and resigner not selectable. Running Windows 7 64-Bit.

    The issue regarding "Unable to click on anything within the scroll-menu after Logging in" is fixed, some of you might not need an update. (it didn't ask me for one and didn't need to update myself)
    if the problem since exists, delete it and re-download it.
