Hi I have done the changes you have wanted apart from I could not find a way to get rid of being a werewolf, I have also increased your carryweight a little. I also did not know what DLC you have and as I have got all the DLC you may get a warning box when you load this up saying that content is not available or something like this, if you have all the DLC this shouldn't affect this and it shouldn't affect it if you just have the dawguard DLC, just dismiss the message at the load screen.
