Request Simple Skyrim BCC Save

    I was wondering if anyone could create me a bcc save with 100 Perk Points and everything else left alone, i have all dlc for skyrim (dawnguard,hearthfire,dragonborn) thanks!!!!

    I have two saves posted, the more basic one includes a carry weight increase of 5000, stamina/magic increase of 500, 999 lockpicks, and 100,000 gold. I've looked long and hard and I haven't seen a save more basic than these ones, but if you want max skills you could also try the Oghma Infinium glitch.
