[Request] Fable 3 Gamesave Mod

Does anyone have the mod tool for Fable 3? Ive got the tool but it refuses to open even when i open it as Admin. I have a gamesave and all i want modded is money and Seals..

 

To anyone who still plays/owns Fable 3; Does anyone have a fully upgraded Swinging Sword?

I have a Swinging Sword with all upgrades
