[Request] Conan Game Save Modding?

I was wondering if anyone out there could possible mod my Conan game save (which is on hard and at the final boss) to maybe have unlimited health/magic? Because I've been trying to beat the final boss for a while and he is just way too hard for me. >.< Any information of help would be greatly appreciated. ^_^
