Was thinking that if we added a referral system, where each members gets a unique code which when entered by new members signing up, it would then show who reffered whom (im sre we all know how it works) obviously staff will have to keep an eye out for multiple IP accounts etc, we can then add a reward system, Most refferals for one month will be like the member of the month, with its own badge xpg premium for a month and xbox live etc once someone who has been reffered reaches.. lets say 100 posts, the person who has reffered them gets a week free xpg premium. 1000 posts > MS points.. etc etc.

There is American staff. I don't think this is a bad idea. It defo needs some tweaking if it gets chosen. If there are a lot of members who recruit active members that would be a lot of prizes given out and I don't know who would be able to afford that. Open to the idea just need to work out some kinks IMO. The system would be good but I think the prizes are a bit out there.
I think it's a good idea too, even if there wasn't any US staff they could just send you the money for points via pay pal and let you buy them yourself.
totally agree mate, i used the prizes as more of a basis of what could be implemented, not what should be. there are a few sites that i know which sells US + EU region points for cheap.
it would definatly bring in more active members i reckon, 1 person could potentially bring in hundreds of people, (1person reffers 4 people, those 4 refer 4 each.. etc etc)
My only negative about this is that it causes wars when users post join xpg in other sites then people get pissed and say we are advertising Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
