Quick Noob Question

    I'm headed to work and did a quick search but didn't see an answer--Basically I'm wondering how safe it is to use game saves. I recently picked up the ultimate edition of Fallout New Vegas but my game save is ruined. I wanna play the DLC but am not feeling starting the game over again to level up. I've had my GT for about 9 years and I'd hate to get banned for using a save to get my character back up to play the new content....any help or links would be much appreciated!! Oh, and if you know a good Fallout New Vegas save I'd love to know about it!! Thanks guys!

    The chances are close to none. No one I know has ever gotten banned/suspended for a game save. Further more that game is single player so you should be safe.

    You just made my day, man--thanks for the quick reply! I assume using saves for griefing multiplayer is what usually gets people in trouble? Damn I'm glad I don't have to grind the Wasteland again...

    Usually .ISO mods get people in trouble. Gamesaves not so much. But I won't say you can't as all modding is against the TOS just never happens is all.

    i got my xbox in october i have been using game saves on almost everygame and never got banned and never have heard about a save ban
    so ur good to go i've even done online save edits

    You should be fine, just don't go on the xbox forums and boast about using a gamesave.

    Gamesaves will not get you banned. I have all DLC for Fallout: NV and I love it with mods! Makes the games fun AFTER beating it :) :mad: Beat the game first please...
