I couldn't find the question in the forum yet and I'm new .

Can you import to PS4 already made files from PS3 without having the physical PS3 and PS3 version ?

as far as I know u need the ps3 to actually import cuz it was an in game option

you need to select the "export" option on the main menu of the ps3 version of diablo 3 ros
