ye but i owe 40 quid to paypal for some reson although i havent used it since last year i got a letter of my bank about it

I have checked and the premium was a secondary member group, so think yourself lucky... up until now you have had free premium access!

Its not been taking money or charging anything to your paypal.

Somone had put your secondary group to Premium, this isnt an automated thing thats happened.

If you want to query anything relatedto paypal , i will be more than happy to take a look and go through it with you.
