Resolved NFS Most Wanted - problem with bounty editor

Could anyone help my with modding bounty?
Every time I load my save I got this message - Must have Bounty first. But I already have around 170 000 bounty :|

this tool has not been 100% fixed an tested by c0ma, following the new 360revolution update.
