Along with the new December Xbox Live Dashboard comes a new Terms of Use. After a slight delay from Microsoft, we finally have the dash along with some new clauses. The new clauses say users cannot sue or join in a class action suit against Microsoft. Not at all disimilar to the clause that was added to the Sony terms after the PSN hack. There are still some XBL users that are reporting problems logging back onto the service after completing the update. For those that really want to read the full Terms of use, then click here.
