new to Diablo 3 and want to learn how to mod , create items and manipulate item properties

I am here to learn about Diablo 3 mods and just more gaming stuff from some hopefully helpful peeps who will take the time with a rookie. I'm an older active duty military member who enjoys Diablo 3 and want to try and learn how to take it to the next level if anyone has the time and the know how to help I would greatly appreciate it alot.
