ok as title says im getting this problem i recover accounts no problem what so ever then just the odd 1 says what i get in the picture do you think its because they mybe have there kiddy settings enabled and has something to do with something thats enabled in privacy settings its annoying as hell had this once yesterday and once today and i tried both the accounts on 3 diffrent xboxs and all the same anyone else had this and have any idea how its sorted ive also recoverd diffrent accounts after ive had this message and the next accounts recoverd fine

Yeah i just looked it up, and apparently its some sort of technical difficulties with xbox live, they seem to be having issues syncing the hotmail servers with xbox live, give it a while and it should be back to normal, if not call customer support, they should be able to fix it for you.

Is that by chance the guy called "XPGFTW" ? As I got the same error like 2 days ago when trying to recover it ?
It's probably hotmail changing ur password because of inactivity, just look in ur mail and there should be a msg containing **** about ur password, then just reset it and it should work again (I had this too when i tried to recover my account to a friends xbox)
