Need help modding Dragon Age 2

    I'm trying to mod Dragon Age 2 but every time I try to mod it, when I try to load it, it says The file is damaged and cannot be loaded. This is so confusing. I did save rehash and resigned but it still says the file is damaged. I used 360Revolution to mod it but I still cant fix it. How do I fix this I can't play my game when I can't load it?
