NBA 2k14 Save editor to mod SP or Skills

Is it possible to do a save editor for NBA 2k14, or a trainer in order to mod SP and get it to the max? or just to pimp up to 99 overall skills?

me too have the EU version, but i cant get it to work.. it keeps saying 'no cheats available'
