My dashboard xbox 360 very slow and crashes

    my dashboard Xbox 360, is very slow and crashes a lot, this only happens when using HD any solution?

    Mabey its your internet connection try resetting your internet box or try deleteing some storage off your HDD

    I took the internal HD and picked up but when I put back the HD is the same slow :(

    I'm sorry,but I can't think of any other reason why its running slow please contact Xbox.com and join a live chat
