Qwikrazor87 has sent me and his beta testers an updated version of his upcoming VHBL port, which slightly increases compatibility. In parallel, one of the beta testers sent me an updated compatibility list, which I reproduce below.

Qwikrazor87′s VHBL port works on the latest PS Vita firmware (currently 2.12). As all VHBL ports so far, it will require to purchase a yet undisclosed game from the PSN, in which an exploit was found which is triggered to run PSP homebrews on the Vita.
A reminder for those of you who are too excited to read: VHBL only runs PSP homebrews, it does not run PSP Isos, let alone Vita isos. We will not be sending the name of the game by email or any other way than the ninja release, followed by a public announcement on this blog. In general, Sony remove the exploited game within 48h of the announcement on this blog.
The exploited game is not available on the JP or EU stores (note: I haven’t tried ALL EU stores), but it is available in the US store (and yes, that probably means the CA store as well). I have been discussing with another hacker about a VHBL release for a game which is available in the EU, but for various reasons this will not be released, at least for now.
It is possible to create a US account on your vita, and to buy US PSN credit even if you do not live in the US. I am also giving away a $20 US PSN Card here
Most of the homebrews below can be downloaded from the VHBL homebrew thread.
