Resolved Modding Singularity problem

1. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit(fully updated .net framework and everything)
2. Fully updated 360r(used official download posted on xpg)
3. 360r is running as administrator, worked until the last week or so, but not anymore.
4. I am trying to mod singularity(I have successfully modded it before with no problem)
