The developers behind OpenIV have tweeted that they are already able to open and browse the GTA V, PC version archive files. The developers behind the file explorer that allows end users to mod games such as GTA IV and Max Payne 3 initially stated that modders should not "expect OpenIV release with GTAV PC support today or tomorrow." and that "As soon as we will be ready, it will be announced." Today it would appear that the OpenIV team are close to an update as they Tweeted "Do you still think it will take a years to open GTAV archives? Think OpenIV". https://twitter.com/OpenIV/status/588394867585376256 Along with the Tweet were several images showing the files in the GTA V /common.rpf / data dir. If you haven't done already, then you should certainly download the tool and check it out, although currently there is no support for GTA V PC version, we suspect it will not be long.
