Okay, so there are many gamesaves on Youtube and other third party sites that give a savegame on an instant lvl. 50/61 and the have enemies lvl 495. buy i have tweaked and tinkered with about everything, not a single wanted result... please help

Be sure to use on the main forum page, top right Very useful The higher level enemies was once available to do using Gibbed save editor, but game updates prevent that from being done online. Nice help mate And willow tree 2 can still have chances to work. I'm not really sure about that. Generally, people ignore threads that are hard to understand or when they're missing informations. A good complete title may help you and other members, like adding (include but is not limited to) [HELP], [REQUEST], [RELEASE]. Why not try the search button and/or going to the right forum for gamesave requests here?
