Support Missing Plugin? why am i getting this

Hey guys. everytime i try to post audio or listen to someones audio post on XPG it says "Missing plugin "
this has never happened before any ideas?

 

its a problem that randomly occurs with chrome i believe as it happened to me not long ago,all i did was un-install chrome and re-download it and works fine now
