The head representative for Microsoft just released some news about Outlook reaching apple devices.This is a complete game changer as Microsoft and Apple are Rivals. There has been a total of 8- Million downloads of the Outlook Application on both iPhone's and iPad's. March of last year that month alone the application had a total of 250,000 downloads. What does this tell us that Microsoft has released a Windows only application on a rivals app store and that gives us a couple of ideas that Apple will be releasing applications on Microsoft's Stores also.The IOS and Android app called OWA for Outlook Web Access, is in fact a little more like a website made to look like an app. Most of us Hotmail users are aware that the New Email HUD has completely changed in the course of time and instead of it being called Hotmail its known as outlook now. But finally Outlook is a real mobile app. The product is self is available on all platforms. Microsoft acquired the ability to create this app via the new code of an email start up, Accompli that Microsoft acquired in early December.
